UGM Graduate Alumni of the 1999 Special Class Prosecutor Program Hold a Reunion at the Faculty of Law UGM

The alumni of the Postgraduate Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University (FH UGM), from the 1999 Special Class Prosecutor Program held a reunion event on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the Auditorium of Building B, FH UGM.

The event was filled with warmth and camaraderie. The reunion was attended by the Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, and Information Systems, Prof. Dr. Heribertus Jaka Triyana, S.H., LL.M., M.A., the Deputy Attorney General for Development, Dr. Hendro Dewanto, the Deputy Attorney General for Supervision, Prof. Dr. Rudi Margono, the Chairperson of the Alumni of the 1999 Special Class Prosecutor Program, Tony T. Spontana, as well as alumni and invited guests.

The event began with the singing of the national anthem "Indonesia Raya" and the Hymn of Gadjah Mada. The program continued with prayer, remarks from the Chairperson of the Alumni of the 1999 Special Class Prosecutor Program, and remarks from the leadership of FH UGM.

During the occasion, the alumni of the 1999 Special Class Prosecutor Program presented a token of appreciation in the form of two smart TVs to the Faculty of Law UGM. The symbolic handover was conducted by Dr. Hendro Dewanto, Tony T. Spontana, and Prof. Dr. Rudi as a gesture of appreciation, gratitude, and the alumni's commitment to support the development of their alma mater.

This reunion event serves as a moment for alumni to reminisce about their academic journey, share stories, and strengthen ties after more than two decades since they completed their education together. The event continued with a nostalgic tour around the FH UGM campus to remember various spaces and places that were part of their journey as students.

The reunion of the alumni of the 1999 Special Class Prosecutor Program aligns with the commitment to achieving the SDGs, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 17 (Partnerships to Achieve the Goals), through strengthening alumni networks, supporting educational facility development, and enhancing collaboration between alumni and their alma mater.
