One of the lecturers from the Business Law Department of the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University, Irna Nurhayati, S.H., M.Hum., LL.M., Ph.D., conducted a legal training session for employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) in room B.52 of the Faculty of Law on Thursday, (19/9/2024). This training is part of a series of legal education programs conducted as a result of the partnership between the Faculty of Law, UGM, and PT Pertamina (Persero)
The training session began with a pre-test administered to all participants as part of an initial evaluation of their legal knowledge. Following that, Irna Nurhayati presented material on Good Corporate Governance (GCG), covering various aspects related to the topic. The discussion was divided into several sessions, covering the basic concepts of GCG, relevant regulations, and its connection to company performance. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang di dalamnya membahas berbagai macam aspek. Pembahasan tersebut dibagi dalam beberapa sesi yang mencakup konsep dasar GCG dan regulasi terkait secara general hingga relevansinya dengan kinerja perusahaan.
The goal of this activity was to enhance the legal understanding among Pertamina employees, particularly regarding the legal practices applicable in the business and corporate world.
