On Friday (6/9/24), a benchmarking visit was conducted by the Legal Consultation and Assistance Unit (UKBH) of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. The visit was received by the Legal Consultation and Assistance Center (PKBH) of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). This visit was aimed at enhancing the legal consultation and assistance services provided by UKBH of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. Additionally, this initiative is part of UGM Faculty of Law's efforts to achieve SDG Goal 16 by building inclusive institutional development, and SDG Goal 17 by fostering partnerships to achieve more concrete and better outcomes.
The visit was attended by representatives from the Faculty of Law UGM, including Dr. Mailinda Eka Yuniza, S.H., LL.M. as Vice Dean for Finance, Assets and Human Resources, Dr. Sartika Intaning Pradhani, S.H., M.H. as Secretary II of PKBH, and part-timers of PKBH. The Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga, was represented by Sapta Aprilianto, S.H., M.H., LL.M. as Director of UKBH FH UNAIR along with the management of UKBH FH UNAIR
Kegiatan benchmarking This benchmarking activity is a step forward for PKBH FH UGM to enhance its services by learning from the practices carried out by the UKBH FH UNAIR. IFrom the administrative side, UKBH FH UNAIR learned a lot about the administrative flow of consultation services and legal assistance from PKBH FH UGM. PKBH FH UGM also discussed a lot about the accreditation that has currently been obtained by UKBH FH UNAIR. UKBH FH UNAIR also visited the PKBH FH UGM Office to see the work process to be implemented by UKBH FH UNAIR to improve the service and performance of UKBH FH UNAIR in the future
The benchmarking visit went successfully. The Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, along with PKBH FH UGM, received a warm welcome from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga, and the UKBH FH UNAIR. The collaborative synergy between the two institutions will continue to be strengthened to better fulfill the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly in community service, thereby achieving improved legal services for the community.
