Internship Guidelines for IUP Students

The internship guidelines can be accessed at http://ugm.id/InternshipGuideline

Students are expected to read the guidelines thoroughly to ensure a clear understanding of the procedures and requirements.

Registration Procedure

1. 1. The list of available internship venues can be accessed here:

   2. Students are strongly encouraged to plan their internship choices in advance.

   3. It is advisable to prepare 2–3 alternative options in case your first choice becomes unavailable, as the system follows a first-come, first-served basis.

   4. Submit your internship preference via the form at
      👉 http://ugm.id/daftarinternshipIUP
      This form will be open from Monday, 2 June 2025 at 14:30 WIB and will close on Tuesday, 3 June 2025 at 11:00 WIB.
      Important: Since the selection system is based on first-come, first-served, delaying submission may result in your preferred internship venue no longer being available.
      
      PRO TIPS:
      To speed up your form-filling process, prepare the following information in advance:
      Email address; 
      Full name; 
      Student number; 
      WhatsApp number; 
      Internship type (1st or 2nd internship); 
      Concentration area (already taken or intended to take)
      
      Type and copy the text above, then save it to your clipboard so you can easily paste it into the GForm field.

   5. After submission, students will receive an email notification regarding their selected internship placement. Kindly check your email regularly.

   6. As the final step of the selection process, students are required to complete the form at

      This form will be available on Tuesday, 3 June 2025 at 13:00 WIB and will close on Thursday, 5 June 2025 at 15:00 WIB.
      You must fill out this form in accordance with the internship venue selected in step 4. Submissions that do not match the earlier selection will not be approved.

   7. Students who are applying for an independent internship and have already received approval from the study program are not required to complete step 4. They may proceed directly to step 6 within the specified schedule.
