  1. Students fill out the online form here, and make sure the data you fill in is complete and correct.
  1. The study program manager verifies the correctness of the data provided by the students based on the BA Examination &/ the approval of the thesis revision from the examiner;
  1. The study program manager submits an application to the Deputy Dean for Academic, Student Affairs, and Cooperation based on the verification results for the issuance of a statement letter to replace the thesis validation sheet;
  1. Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs issues a Certificate of Substitution for the Final Assignment Approval Sheet which is sent to study programs and the University Library;
  1. The study program staff sends the said certificate to the student to be attached to the final independent upload.

Applications for study extension through SIMASTER must be submitted no later than 23 January 2026, by attaching the following documents: 22 Januari 2024 dengan melampirkan dokumen-dokumen berikut:

  1. Study Extension Application Letter, with the following format;
  2. Statement of Study Completion Ability, with the following format;
  3. Development of Student Studies, with the following format.

The Keluarga Mahasiswa Magister Ilmu Hukum (KMMIH) – Master of Laws Student Association – is a student organization for students enrolled in the Master of Laws Program at the Graduate School of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada (Jakarta Campus). It serves as a platform for networking, communication, dialogue, and student organizational activities. Its establishment is stipulated in the Dean’s Decree of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Number 84/H.01.H4.FH/SK/O/2015.
