Tema ini terinspirasi oleh tulisan &nbsp;Prof. Todung Mulya Lubis, S.H., LL.M, Ph.D berjudul \u201cRecrowning Negara Hukum: A New Challenge, A New Era\u201d (2014). Peserta stadium generale adalah mahasiswa Prodi MIH Kampus Jakarta yang berjumlah sekitar 300 orang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada stadium generale menjelaskan tiga isu berikut, yaitu: 1) ide atau gagasan mengenai penguatan kembali sistem rule of law di Indonesia; (2) penegakan hukum sebagai tulang punggung sistem rule of law, dan 3) capaian-capaian dan kendala penegakan hukum dalam penguatan kembali sistem rule of law di Indonesia perbandingan dengan situasi di Norwegia.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kuliah stadium Generale yang diselenggarakan oleh MIH UGM Kampus Jakarta pada 19 Agustus 2021 mengambil Tema \u201cPenegakan Hukum sebagai Pilar Negara Hukum Indonesia\u201d.
