Melalui Program Dedikasi Bina Desa oleh Fakultas Hukum Bersama dengan Aliansi Lembaga Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum UGM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dedikasi Bina Desa is a community empowerment and development program organized by the Faculty of Law in collaboration with student organizations of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada. The program was initiated out of a desire to strengthen community awareness and foster greater synergy in community empowerment through development activities led by students in collaboration with various community groups.<\/p>\n<p>The alliance of autonomous and semi-autonomous student organizations within the Faculty of Law successfully carried out the \u201cDedikasi Bina Desa\u201d program in Kembangan Hamlet, Candibinangun Village, Pakem. The program was supported by various parties involved in different capacities, including FH UGM Semi-Autonomous Organizations (LSO), the Legal Consultation and Assistance Center (PKBH FH UGM), the Faculty of Forestry UGM, Triweka Rinanti &amp; Partners, the Keluarga Alumni Fakultas Hukum UGM (KAHGAMA), the Watershed Management Center (BPDAS), RSUP Dr. Sardjito, the Directorate of Traffic (Ditlantas), and the Yogyakarta Regional Police (Polres DIY).\nThe DBD program consisted of five stages: Deployment I, Legal Outreach, Deployment II, Deployment III, and a Live-In program in the local community, each carried out on different dates. The five stages featured educational and engaging activities that encouraged residents of all ages to participate with great enthusiasm.<\/p>\n<p>The program was officially opened on Sunday, 16 September 2018, by A-ung San Salam, Chair of the Organizing Committee; Andri Setya Nugraha, Chair of DEMA Justicia; and Hasrul Laili, S.H., LL.M., Secretary of PKBH and representative of FH UGM. The opening was followed by a legal outreach session and a health examination using physiotherapy methods conducted by eight physiotherapists from RSUP Dr. Sardjito. More than 40 residents participated in the health examination and patiently waited for their turn.\nThe activities continued in the afternoon with an English Language Teaching Class conducted by the Asian Law Students\u2019 Association (ALSA) LC UGM. The children enthusiastically learned about professions in English and enjoyed playing together with FH UGM students.<\/p>\n<p>A week after Deployment I, on 23 September, PKBH FH UGM held a legal discussion at PAUD Mekar Sari III covering marriage, land, and inheritance law. The materials were delivered by Sigid Riyanto, S.H., M.Si.; Hartini, S.H., M.Si.; and Any Anjarwati. During the evening discussion, senior residents and young people were encouraged to openly share and explain the legal issues they had encountered. The three speakers were impressed by the participants\u2019 enthusiasm, including one participant who raised a question beyond the scope of the discussion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The final stage was a two-day Live-In program held on 20\u201321 October 2018. The first activity was a nationalism-themed poetry reading competition for elementary school students across Candibinangun Village. The event was attended by Prof. Ari Hernawan, S.H., M.Hum., along with two representatives of Sanggar Apakah FH UGM, Rafif Abrar and Krismoni Mahendra, who served as judges. Iradiati Krineka from SDN Bulus Kidul won first place, followed by her schoolmate Anisha Rahamadhani in second place, while Jauza Zalfa from SDN Blembem placed third.<\/p>\n<p>Rangkaian acara terakhir merupakan Live In selama 2 hari di dusun, yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20-21 Oktober 2018. Kegiatan pertama yakni lomba baca puisi nasionalisme tingkat SD se-Desa Candibinganun yang dihadiri oleh Prof. Ari Hernawan, S.H., M.Hum., dan dua orang perwakilan Sanggar Apakah FH UGM yaitu Rafif Abrar serta Krismoni Mahendra selaku juri. Dalam perlombaan ini Iradiati Krineka dari SDN Bulus Kidul menjadi pemenang juara pertama, disusul dengan kawan satu sekolahnya Anisha Rahamadhani dan pada posisi ketiga adalah Jauza Zalfa dari SDN Blembem.<\/p>\n<p>The program continued with an Anti-Corruption and My Dream Class. During the session, the children were encouraged to read newspapers and identify figures who represented their aspirations while learning about the nine anti-corruption values.\nThe activities were followed by a basic-needs bazaar, during which 150 packages of essential goods were distributed to residents. The packages were provided through cooperation with the Keluarga Muslim Fakultas Hukum (KMFH), Persekutuan Mahasiswa Kristen (PMK) FH UGM, and Keluarga Mahasiswa Katolik (KMK) FH UGM.\nThe first day of the Live-In program concluded with a screening of Laskar Pelangi, attended by residents of various ages and the organizing committee. Rather than simply watching the film, the residents also received a brief educational session from Laras Susanti, S.H., LL.M., a lecturer at FH UGM, on the importance of education for the younger generation and the advancement of the nation.<\/p>\n<p>The culmination of the DBD program featured the distribution of program T-shirts and a group exercise, followed by a 2.5-kilometer healthy walk and a communal meal of meatball soup. The atmosphere became even more festive with the distribution of various door prizes, ranging from snacks and small household items to grand prizes such as fans, blenders, and gas stoves.\nThe event also featured various performances on stage, including an educational theater performance entitled \u201cPreventing DBD (Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever)\u201d by Sanggar Apakah FH UGM.\nThe entire DBD program concluded with a review of the activities delivered by the DBD Chairperson, followed by remarks from the Chair of DEMA Justicia and the presentation of plaques to representatives of RSUP Dr. Sardjito.
