Alternative dispute resolution is becoming increasingly recognized. The Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, is committed to developing its curriculum and teaching staff to produce graduates equipped with alternative dispute resolution skills.\nThis year, the Pusat Mediasi Nasional (PMN) hosted the 5th Asian Mediation Association Conference 2018 in Jakarta, with the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, serving as one of the conference partners.\nThe theme of this year\u2019s conference was \u201cCan Mediation Survive in a World of Triumpian Negotiators? Thought Provoking \u2013 New Thinking.\u201d The conference was held on 24\u201325 October 2018 at Le Meridien Hotel, Jakarta.<\/p>\n
