TIM FH UGM JUARA I KOMPETISI PERADILAN SEMU NASIONAL PIALA TJOKORDA RAKA DHERANA V<\/strong><\/p>\n

The FH UGM team achieved an outstanding result at the Fifth Tjokorda Raka Dherana National Moot Court Competition, organized by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Udayana. In the competition, the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, won First Place as well as the Best Legal Counsel award.<\/p>\n

The competition was attended by 16 delegations representing 16 different law faculties, including Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Padjadjaran, Universitas Diponegoro, Universitas Airlangga, Universitas Brawijaya, UIN Alauddin Makassar, Universitas Halu Oleo, Universitas 45 Mataram, Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Universitas Pattimura, Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia, Universitas Tarumanagara, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, Universitas Warmadewa, and Universitas Gadjah Mada. The 16 participating teams were subsequently divided into four preliminary-round courtrooms.<\/p>\n

The preliminary round focused on a narcotics criminal case. Four teams advanced to the final round: Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Halu Oleo, Universitas Bhayangkara Surabaya, and Universitas Gadjah Mada. Universitas Diponegoro, the defending champion, and Universitas Tarumanagara, the runner-up in the previous competition, did not advance to the final round. In the final round, the case concerned terrorism. Universitas Gadjah Mada ultimately secured First Place, followed by Universitas Halu Oleo in Second Place and Universitas Indonesia in Third Place.<\/p>\n

The FH UGM MCC TRD-V team consisted of students from the 2015, 2016, and 2017 cohorts: Jerico Limans, Fatih Auliarahman Al Rosyid, Naomi Keisha Zebua, Nita Prihatini, Dedy Wijayanto, Faisal Cahyadi, Hesti Zahrona Nurul Rohmah, Richard Christopher Manurung, Doni Laksita, Aldo Prasetyo Riyadi, Suyudi Heriyanto, Tasya Sondang A., Berliana Abiati, Raviandra I. Amal, Baiq Diani Ayu Utami Putri, Olivia Celia, Eflin Minar Modesta Gultom, and Tamarischa Pradhipta.\nThe team was formed through a recruitment and intensive training process under Satria Paramartha, the Moot Court Community of FH UGM, led by Joshua Oloan Simanjuntak, with Timothy Nugroho serving in the Competition Division. The team was coached by senior student Leonardo Purba and supervised by faculty advisor Muhammad Fatahillah Akbar, S.H., LL.M.<\/p>\n

It is hoped that FH UGM students will continue to participate in various legal competitions at both national and international levels. Competitions encourage law students to study more effectively and efficiently in addressing legal issues while also providing opportunities to build networks with students from other law faculties across the country.
