FH UGM has partnered with DPN Peradi to organize the PKPA program since 2008.\nThe third PKPA program of the year was officially opened by Dean of FH UGM, Prof. M. Hawin, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D., at Room III.1.1 of FH UGM on Monday (29\/8). This year, the program is attended by 86 participants from various universities across Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"translation-block\">During the program, participants will receive instruction from a number of legal practitioners, including prosecutors, advocates, notaries, and lecturers. They will also gain insights from judges serving in District Courts, Religious Courts, and State Administrative Courts. In addition, participants will be given the opportunity to take a practice test for the advocate examination ahead of the Peradi advocate examination.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In his remarks, Prof. M. Hawin expressed his hope that this year's PKPA program would run smoothly. \u201cThis will be very beneficial for all of you and will serve as valuable preparation if you eventually practice as advocates,\u201d said the lecturer at the Department of Commercial Law.\nDPN Peradi was represented at the opening ceremony by its Deputy Secretary General, Viator Harlen Sinaga, S.H., M.H.
