Sumardjono, SH, MCL, MPA. dikenal sebagai sosok yang kritis. Pada usianya yang menginjak menginjak 66 tahun, beliau masih terus berkarya.\u00a0 Guru Besar Hukum Agraria UGM yang pensiun tahun 2014 masih sangat sehat. Pada Sabtu, 3 Oktober 2015 berlokasi di Gedung III Ruang 3.1.1 Fakultas Hukum UGM, beliau meluncurkan bukunya\u00a0 yang berjudul <em>Dinamika Pengaturan Pengadaan Tanah Di Indonesia : Dari Keputusan Presiden Sampai Undang \u2013 Undang.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Buku setebal 133 halaman ini mengangkat permasalahan utama tentang keseimbangan antara kepentingan umum dan kepentingan perseorangan dalam pengadaan tanah di Indonesia. Regulasi sebagai landasan pengadaan tanah pun selalu berkembang dan mengalami perubahan seiring dengan semakin rumitnya permasalahan dalam penyediaan tanah untuk kepentingan pembangunan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah. Arah kebijakan serta visi dan misi pemerintah jelas mewarnai penyusunan peraturan perundang-undangan tentang pengadaan tanah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dalam buku ini dipaparkan upaya untuk mencapai keseimbangan tersebut dalam tiga landasan hukum pengadaan tanah, yakni Keputusan Presiden No. 55 Tahun 1993 tentang Pengadaan Tanah Bagi Pelaksanaan Pembangunan untuk Kepentingan Umum, Peraturan Presiden No. 36 Tahun 2005 tentang Pengadaan Tanah Bagi Pelaksanaan Pembangunan untuk Kepentingan Umum yo. Peraturan Presiden No. 65 Tahun 2006 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Presiden No. 36 Tahun 2005 tentang Pengadaan Tanah Bagi Pelaksanaan Pembangunan untuk Kepentingan Umum, dan Undang-Undang No. 2 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengadaan Tanah Bagi Pembangunan untuk Kepentingan Umum, berikut peraturan pelaksanaan masing-masing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hadir dalam acara ini, Prof.Dr. Saldi Isra, S.H., LLM, Direktur Pusat Studi Konstitusi Universitas Andalas, yang memberikan tanggapan berjudul \u201cRelevansi Pendekatan Sistem dalam Penyusunan Peraturan Perundang-undangan\u201d. Direktur Jenderal Pengadaan Tanah Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang \/ Badan Pertanahan Nasional, Prof. Dr. Ir.
