\u201cImplications of the Fiduciary Security Execution Business Process in the Financing Institution Industry Following the Constitutional Court Decision\u201d<\/p>\n
One of the legal issues concerning the execution of Fiduciary Security that has become a controversy within society is the Constitutional Court (MK) Decision Number 18\/PUU-XVII\/2019 regarding the judicial review of the provisions of Article 15 paragraphs (2) and (3) of Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Security. Understanding the substance of the Constitutional Court\u2019s decision may have implications for various aspects.<\/p>\n
