South Jakarta \u2014 The Pertamina Mini Master of Law Program (MMHP) 2026 continued into its twelfth week of learning. Classes were held at the UGM Master of Laws (MIH) Jakarta Campus on Saturday and Sunday, September 26-27, 2026. The program is a collaboration between the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, through the Natural Resources Governance Studies Centre (NRGS), and PT Pertamina (Persero) through Pertamina Corporate University.<\/span><\/p>\n

Saturday, September 26, opened with a Pre-Test 6. This was followed by a session on Public Finance Law, covering the abuse of authority in public financial management and exploring the resolution of public finance and tax disputes. The material was delivered by Dr. Arvie Johan, S.H., M.Hum., a Tax Law Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada.<\/span><\/p>\n

The next session addressed Comparative Competition Law. Participants examined the transformation and doctrine of corporate criminal liability as applied to state-owned enterprises (BUMN), along with strategies for mitigating criminal law risks in corporate actions and BUMN governance. The material was presented by Dr. Muhammad Fatahillah Akbar, S.H., LL.M., a Criminal Law Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sunday, September 27, opened with a session on Corporate Organization Law, covering corporate actions, mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations complete with case studies. The material was delivered by Putu Raditya Nugraha, S.H., LL.M. (Adv.), Senior Partner and Founder of UMBRA Strategic Legal Solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

The final session of the week addressed Commercial Contracts. Participants studied the interpretation of commercial contracts, from foundational principles to applied approaches. And examined the various legal risks inherent in commercial agreements. The material was delivered by Dr. Dewi Djalal, S.H., M.H., Managing Partner of Dewi Djalal & Partners.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through the sessions of this twelfth week, participants gained a more comprehensive understanding of the material covered spanning public financial governance, corporate criminal liability, and the legal dimensions of corporate actions and commercial contracts.<\/span><\/p>\n
