The sessions were held on Saturday and Sunday, August 1\u20132, 2026, at the UGM Master of Laws (MIH) Campus in Jakarta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The learning session on Saturday, August 1, 2026, began with Pre-Test 4 for all participants to assess their initial level of understanding before proceeding to the subsequent materials. Participants then attended a session on Public Finance Law, which addressed issues concerning losses incurred by state-owned enterprises (SOEs), including their legal implications and strategic solutions, as well as public financial governance within SOEs based on the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The session was delivered by Dr. Anas Puji Istanto, S.H., M.H., Acting Director of Legal Affairs and Assistant Deputy for Legislation at the Ministry\/Agency for SOE Regulation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the same day, participants received a session on Commercial Contracts, which examined the dynamics of resolving contractual disputes in business, as well as voidable contracts and contracts that are null and void by operation of law through case analysis and practical studies. The session was delivered by Pramudya A. Oktavinanda, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D., Managing Partner at UMBRA Strategic Legal Solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The learning sessions continued on Sunday, August 2, 2026, with Corporate Organization Law, which focused on legal risk management strategies in the oil and gas industry. The session was delivered by Reggy Firmansyah, S.H., Senior Partner at UMBRA Strategic Legal Solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The final session of the week addressed Capital Markets Law, covering capital market institutions and the roles of various parties, as well as the role of regulatory institutions and dispute resolution mechanisms in the capital markets. The session was delivered by Ahmad Zakaria, S.H., Senior Partner at UMBRA Strategic Legal Solutions. Through these sessions, participants gained a more comprehensive understanding of public financial governance, commercial contracts, legal risk management in the oil and gas sector, and capital market mechanisms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The implementation of the Pertamina Mini Master of Laws Program 2026 is aligned with the commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), by providing continuing education that strengthens professional competencies in corporate law, corporate governance, public finance, and capital market law. The program\u2019s emphasis on Good Corporate Governance (GCG), legal compliance, and corporate accountability also supports SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) by promoting transparent, accountable, and integrity-based institutional governance.
