Students from the Master of Notarial Law Program at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FH UGM) once again achieved a remarkable accomplishment. In the Deed Drafting and Notarial Practice Simulation Competition, the FH UGM delegation secured Third Place at the national level. The competition formed part of the Notary Week 2026series organized by the Master of Notarial Law Program of Universitas Indonesia. The achievement was announced on Saturday (10\/1\/2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The competition brought together notarial law students from universities across Indonesia and was designed to assess participants\u2019 precision, legal analytical skills, and competence in drafting notarial deeds, as well as their ability to simulate professional notarial practice. Beyond serving as a competitive event, the competition also provided a valuable learning platform that challenged participants to develop the knowledge and skills required of future notaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The accomplishment also highlights FH UGM\u2019s contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through the enhancement of higher education quality and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) through the development of professional competencies in the field of notarial law and the promotion of strong legal institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
