Menu-menu ini dirancang tidak hanya lezat dan bergizi, tetapi juga terjangkau bagi mahasiswa, dosen, dan tenaga kependidikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa pilihan menu vegetarian yang tersedia di Kantin Justicia antara lain <strong>lotek, gado-gado, dan ketoprak<\/strong>, yang kaya akan serat, vitamin, serta protein nabati. Harga menu tersebut pun sangat bersahabat, yakni <strong>mulai dari Rp12.000 hingga Rp16.000<\/strong> per porsi. Selain itu, kantin juga menyediakan berbagai pilihan <strong>buah potong dan jus segar<\/strong> seperti semangka, melon, pepaya, dan jus alpukat atau jeruk dengan kisaran harga <strong>Rp5.000 hingga Rp20.000<\/strong>, memberikan alternatif sehat bagi sivitas akademika yang ingin menjaga keseimbangan gizi dan kesegaran tubuh di tengah padatnya aktivitas kampus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/law.ugm.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2025\/10\/20251020_134415-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36084\" srcset=\"https:\/\/law.ugm.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2025\/10\/20251020_134415-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/law.ugm.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2025\/10\/20251020_134415-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/law.ugm.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2025\/10\/20251020_134415-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/law.ugm.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2025\/10\/20251020_134415-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/law.ugm.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2025\/10\/20251020_134415-2048x1536.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/law.ugm.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2025\/10\/20251020_134415-16x12.jpg 16w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inisiatif penyediaan menu vegetarian ini sejalan dengan <strong>Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals\/SDGs)<\/strong>, khususnya <strong>SDG 2 (Tanpa Kelaparan)<\/strong> yang menekankan akses terhadap makanan bergizi dan berkelanjutan, serta <strong>SDG 3 (Kehidupan Sehat dan Sejahtera)<\/strong> yang mendorong gaya hidup sehat untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Di sisi lain, penggunaan bahan nabati yang lebih ramah lingkungan juga mendukung <strong>SDG 12 (Konsumsi dan Produksi yang Bertanggung Jawab)<\/strong> dan <strong>SDG 13 (Penanganan Perubahan Iklim)<\/strong>, karena pola makan berbasis tumbuhan terbukti membantu mengurangi jejak karbon dan mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui penyediaan menu vegetarian ini, <strong>FH UGM<\/strong> tidak hanya memberikan pilihan makanan yang menyehatkan tubuh, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai-nilai keberlanjutan dan kesadaran lingkungan kepada seluruh warganya.
