As part of its commitment to a healthy and sustainable campus environment, the Faculty of Law at Universitas Gadjah Mada (FH UGM), through the Justicia Canteen, offers a range of vegetarian and health-conscious menu options for all members of the academic community. These menus are designed to be not only delicious and nutritious but also affordable for students, lecturers, and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vegetarian options available at the Justicia Canteen include lotek, gado-gado, and ketoprak \u2014 all rich in fiber, vitamins, and plant-based protein \u2014 priced from Rp12,000 to Rp16,000 per serving. The canteen also offers fresh cut fruit and a selection of juices \u2014 including watermelon, melon, papaya, and avocado or orange juice \u2014 ranging from Rp5,000 to Rp20,000, providing a healthy alternative for members of the academic community looking to maintain balanced nutrition amid a busy campus schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The provision of vegetarian menu options is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) \u2014 particularly SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), which emphasizes access to nutritious and sustainable food; SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), which promotes a healthy lifestyle to improve quality of life; SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), through the use of plant-based ingredients; and SDG 13 (Climate Action), since plant-based diets are proven to help reduce carbon footprints and support environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the availability of these vegetarian options, FH UGM not only provides food that nourishes the body \u2014 it also instills values of sustainability and environmental responsibility in all members of its community.
