The sessions took place at the UGM Graduate Law Program, Jakarta Campus, South Jakarta, and marked the inaugural classes of the program series.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cProgram Mini Magister Hukum Pertamina 2025\u201d is a continuation of the previous year's initiative, designed as a specialized legal training program organized by the UGM Faculty of Law through NRGS in partnership with PT Pertamina (Persero). The program focuses on enhancing participants\u2019 understanding of business and corporate legal aspects, specifically targeting managers to executive-level participants within the Pertamina Holding Group. The courses delivered included Introduction to Legal Studies and Introduction to Indonesian Law. The lecturers for the first week were Prof. Dr. Marsudi Triatmodjo, S.H., LL.M. (Professor of International Law, Faculty of Law UGM) and Prof. Dr. Nurhasan Ismail, S.H., M.Si. (Professor of Agrarian Law, Faculty of Law UGM), who delivered the Introduction to Legal Studies sessions; as well as Dr. Mahaarum Kusuma Pertiwi, S.H., M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D., and Dr. Dian Agung Wicaksono, S.H., LL.M. (Lecturers of Constitutional Law, Faculty of Law UGM), who taught Introduction to Indonesian Law.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This first week served as a foundational learning phase for participants, preparing them for deeper legal subjects in the following weeks until the 13th week, scheduled for early November. With around 60 participants\u2014most from non-legal backgrounds and representing PT Pertamina (Persero) and its subsidiaries\u2014the sessions featured lively, interactive discussions. Participants showed great enthusiasm, actively asking questions and engaging in case studies relevant to their business practices.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The implementation of the \u201cProgram Mini Magister Hukum Pertamina 2025\u201d reflects the collaborative synergy between higher education institutions and the corporate sector\u2014in this case, UGM Faculty of Law and PT Pertamina (Persero)\u2014to foster broader legal understanding that can be practically applied in daily business operations.
