BACKGROUND<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hello, Justicia Friends!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fakultas Hukum Universitas Gadjah Mada berkolaborasi dengan Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI) Suara Advokat Indonesia (SAI) menyelenggarakan Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat Angkatan XVI Tahun 2025 pada tanggal 18 – 29 Agustus 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melalui program ini, Anda dapat mengembangkan pemahaman hukum, memperkuat integritas, dan meningkatkan kompetensi untuk menjalani Ujian Profesi Advokat (UPA). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following academic qualifications are accepted for PKPA enrollment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Bachelor of Laws (Sarjana Hukum)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Bachelor of Islamic Law (Sarjana Hukum Islam)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Military Law University graduates<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Police Science University graduates<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    REGISTRATION PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Registration Period <\/strong>   : <\/strong>1 Juli 2025 s.d. 14 Agustus 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Mengisi data diri di formulir pendaftaran melalui tautan https:\/\/bit.ly\/PendaftaranPKPAXVI;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Upload a scanned<\/em> copy of your certified higher education diploma\/certified Certificate of Graduation\/Certificate of Graduation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Upload a formal color passport photo with a red background<\/em> merah;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Upload a scanned<\/em> copy of your National Identity Card (KTP); and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Mengunggah bukti pembayaran melalui Google Form khusus https:\/\/bit.ly\/BuktiBayar_PKPAXVI.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      PAYMENT PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Tuition Fee: IDR 5,000,000.00<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Registration Fee: IDR 250,000.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Cashback<\/em><\/strong> of IDR 250,000.00 (two hundred fifty thousand rupiah) for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Pendaftar yang mendaftar maksimal pada tanggal <\/strong>14 Juli 2025<\/strong> dan\/atau Alumni FH UGM.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Payment is made via a billing code<\/em>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. After filling out the Google Form, participants will receive a billing code <\/em>via email within 1\u20132 days. If participants do not receive the billing code<\/em>email within 2 (two) days of submitting the Google Form, they are requested to contact the organizing committee via the contact person listed on the poster;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. If a prospective participant has made payment in accordance with the total amount of the registration and tuition fees, the prospective participant is required to upload proof of payment via the provided link;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Biaya pendaftaran dan biaya pendidikan yang telah dibayarkan tidak dapat ditarik kembali, tetapi dapat digunakan untuk Pelaksanaan PKPA periode berikutnya dan hanya dapat berlaku 1 (satu) kali pada periode berikutnya;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
