A delegation from the Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University won a Gold Medal at
the International Scientific Writing Competition held in conjunction with the 72nd Anniversary of IKATAN
HAKIM INDONESIA 2025. The delegation consisted of Andi Sitti Ainy Nur Alifah
(2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This competition is designed as an inclusive and
strategic platform for academic contributions from a wide range of participants, including judges, judicial officials, lecturers,
researchers, and students, both from within the country and abroad. The goal
is to bring together critical and innovative ideas in the fields
of law and the judiciary through high-quality scholarly works. In the context of
the 72nd anniversary of IKAHI, this competition serves as a participatory space that
encourages the exchange of ideas across disciplines and generations, and strengthens
the connection between judicial practice and academic research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every written work submitted to this competition must meet strict criteria
to ensure scientific quality and integrity. The work must be original and
must not have been previously published or won a similar competition, and must be written
objectively and free from elements of SARA. Furthermore, the content of the paper must align
with one of the competition\u2019s main themes\u2014law, the judiciary, or judicial decision analysis\u2014
and be supported by current data and facts. With these standards, it is hoped that every
submitted entry will truly reflect an intellectual contribution capable of
enriching thought and practice within the legal and judicial systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participation in this International Scientific Writing Competition is also aligned with efforts to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong>, particularly SDG 4: Qualified Education<\/strong>, by encouraging students to actively develop their academic skills, critical thinking, and scientific writing at the international level. Furthermore, this competition also contributes to SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institution<\/strong>, as it strengthens the relationship between the academic world and judicial institutions in creating a legal system that is more just, transparent, and knowledge-based.
