The presence of a library in an educational institution is undoubtedly a crucial aspect in supporting the teaching and learning process as well as academic research. A library serves not only as a repository for books but also as a primary resource for enriching the academic community\u2019s knowledge and information. Especially in today\u2019s era of rapid digital technology development, libraries play an increasingly strategic role in providing broader and easier access to various information sources. Amid rapid technological advancements, libraries must adapt by offering digital-based services that allow the academic community to access collections and scholarly references without being limited by time or place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the digital services provided by the UGM Faculty of Law Library is the HukumOnline Corner. This service is a collaboration between the UGM Faculty of Law and HukumOnline. The HukumOnline Corner service has become a go-to resource for legal information at various law firms and universities with related programs. For the UGM Faculty of Law Library, the use of this service is expected to support the Tri Dharma of higher education. Not only that, but this service can also help support the faculty\u2019s commitment to improving the quality of higher legal education to international standards.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hukumonline Corner is designed to support the research and publication needs of students and faculty members at the UGM Faculty of Law. The Hukumonline Corner service features three main sections: Solutions, Legal Information, and Events & Awards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menu solusi menyediakan beberapa fitur pilihan seperti berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. University Solutions<\/em><\/strong>, is an integrated legal knowledge platform for a network of leading legal scholars in Indonesia<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Regulatory Compliance System<\/em><\/strong>, is a platform launched by Hukumonline to monitor corporate legal compliance in detail, in real time, and comprehensively. By using technology Artificial Intelligence<\/em> (AI)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Document Management System<\/em><\/strong>, is a corporate document management solution on a single integrated platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Permit Solutions<\/strong>, is a comprehensive, practical, and affordable solution for business entity formation and licensing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Legal Consultation<\/strong>, is a legal solution provided by experienced attorneys<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Document Creation is a feature that allows you to create legal documents quickly and easily<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    The second menu is the legal information menu. The legal information menu has the following features:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Clinic<\/strong>, a feature that allows you to ask and answer questions for free on various legal issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Hukumonline Stream<\/em><\/strong>, featuring informative reviews of various legal issues in a video streaming format<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Journals<\/strong>, is a collection of credible articles and journals for research reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. News<\/strong>, contains information and news related to legal developments in Indonesia<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Datapribadi.id<\/strong>, a special discussion on the Personal Data Protection Act, to monitor legal compliance<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The last menu is \u201cEvents & Awards,\u201d a menu designed to offer the following features:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Event<\/em><\/strong>, is a feature that provides information on seminars, discussions, and training sessions on various current legal issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Awards<\/em><\/strong>, is a prestigious ranking, award, and publication by Hukumonline for the Indonesian legal community, serving as a primary source for comprehensive and in-depth information about the legal services industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Online Publications<\/strong>, is a publishing service for the legal community that provides content or initiatives tailored to their needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Online Course <\/em><\/strong>, the best online legal learning platform with high-quality materials and instructors<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. PKPA<\/strong>, is a legal training program organized by Hukumonline in collaboration with PERADI and the Faculty of Law at Yaris University, featuring a comprehensive curriculum and top-notch instructors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        In fact, Hukumonline also offers another menu option: the Pro menu. This menu is, of course, accessible to community members such as the UGM Faculty of Law Library. The features in this menu include, among others, data analysis, a data center, legal intelligence updates<\/em> and premium stories<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Through the Hukumonline Corner service, the UGM Faculty of Law hopes to improve the quality of legal education in Indonesia. This service helps users access more accurate and up-to-date information. Furthermore, the eight-year partnership between UGM and Hukumonline demonstrates both parties\u2019 commitment to improving the quality of education and research in the field of law. This is certainly in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Overall, Hukumonline Corner is a digital legal service innovation that can provide many benefits for academic community<\/em> at the UGM Faculty of Law. This service provides access to comprehensive legal information, ranging from legal consultations to various other additional services, this platform <\/em>is extremely helpful in supporting more efficient and high-quality legal education. The presence of the Hukumonline Corner in the UGM Faculty of Law library not only addresses the need for legal information but also creates opportunities to enhance legal literacy among students. As a university viewed as part of an ever-evolving educational ecosystem, the Hukumonline Corner makes a significant contribution to creating a more practical and efficient learning environment to meet the challenges of future technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Hukumonline has now evolved to incorporate AI, launching Ask Hukumonline\u2014a pioneer in generative artificial intelligence in Indonesia\u2014specifically designed to support legal professionals. Ask Hukumonline helps simplify and streamline users\u2019 time when conducting legal research using reliable reference sources. Faculty members and students of the UGM Faculty of Law can access Ask Hukumonline at the HukumOnline Corner in the UGM Faculty of Law Library. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
