The Master of Notary Program of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, successfully hosted the routine National Working Meeting (Rakernas) of the Cooperation Body for Master of Notary Programs of Law Faculty of State Universities (BKS MKn FH PTN) throughout Indonesia in 2024. The series of events for this National Working Meeting included the opening, implementation, and closing of the event, which was held offline at the Grand Rohan Hotel, Yogyakarta, and the UGM Faculty of Law, from Wednesday, November 20, 2024, to Saturday, November 23, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The opening ceremony took place on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 7:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time) at the Pendopo Ageng Hotel, Grand Rohan, Yogyakarta. The event included a welcoming dinner <\/em>and the launch <\/em>of the Notary Deed book. This book is the result of a collaboration between the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University (UGM), and the Yogyakarta Regional Board of the Indonesian Notaries Association (INI).<\/em> Therefore, the INI Regional Board also attended the opening ceremony, along with members of the National Working Meeting (Rakernas). The National Working Meeting of the BKS MKn FH PTN throughout Indonesia was symbolically opened by <\/em>Dr. Heribertus Jaka Triyana, S.H., LL.M., M.A., Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, and Information Systems at the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University (UGM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The National Working Meeting took place on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM WIB in Room B.5.5, Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University (FH UGM). The National Working Meeting was chaired by Dr. Destri Budi Nugraheni, S.H., M.S.I., Chair of the BKS MKn FH PTN throughout Indonesia. This event was attended by 15 participants, each of whom was the Head and\/or Secretary of the MKn Study Program from 12 different state universities (PTN), which are members of the BKS MKn FH PTN throughout Indonesia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This National Working Meeting, which serves as a communication forum to improve the quality of education in the Master of Notary Studies program at state universities throughout Indonesia, had several objectives: First, to review the results of the previous BKS, which, if necessary, will be reformulated. Second, to share <\/em>the curriculum and identify issues within the study program regarding the fast track <\/em>program and recognition of prior learning (RPL). Third, to evaluate the BKS activities. Fourth, to discuss plans for future BKS activities in accordance with the Tridharma of Higher Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The objectives of the National Working Meeting were achieved through a well-organized and smooth discussion session, supported by the participation and cooperation of all participants. Based on this, the 2024 National Working Meeting achieved several conclusions, including the addition of the term \"PPAT-ness\" to the first point of graduate competency, thus becoming \"Able to develop knowledge and manage research in the field of notaries and PPAT-ness.\" \n\nFurthermore, a Legal Theory course has been added as a mandatory course in the Master of Notary Program at the Law Faculty of State Universities (FH) throughout Indonesia. This conclusion will be followed up and implemented by every Master of Notary Program within the BKS MKn FH PTN program throughout Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The National Working Meeting was concluded by <\/em>Dr. Heribertus Jaka Triyana, S.H., LL.M., M.A., during the closing ceremony, which also included the announcement of the results of several previously held competitions. The event took place in the Jasmin 4 Meeting Room of the Grand Rohan Hotel, Yogyakarta, at 7:30 p.m. Western Indonesian Time, and was captured through a group photo session. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The entire series of activities of the 2024 National Working Meeting of BKS MKn FH PTN throughout Indonesia is a form of commitment of the Management of the Master of Notary Study Program of the Faculty of Law, UGM in improving the quality of education, especially in the Master of Notary study program of FH PTN throughout Indonesia, as per point 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals <\/em>(SDGs) as well as a form of realization of point 17 of the SDGs, namely cooperation to achieve the goals established between various PTNs in Indonesia through BKS MKn FH PTN throughout Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
