The Department of Career and Legal Studies Development at DEMA Justicia, in collaboration with Hukumonline, hosted an online workshop titled \u201cCareer Canvas: Brushing Up Your Professional Palette\u201d on Saturday (18\/05\/2024). This event aimed to enhance the knowledge of students across Indonesia regarding the writing of effective resumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A CV is a crucial document that reflects an individual\u2019s personal identity, career history, and both academic and non-academic achievements. As the need for CVs continues to grow across various activities\u2014from recruiting organization members to applying for jobs\u2014the ability to write a CV has become an urgent necessity for students and the general public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The workshop featured Gisela Puspita Jamil, a Human Resources Business Partner at Hukumonline, as the speaker. During the session, Gisela discussed in detail how to write a good CV, key steps when applying for a job, and various do\u2019s and don\u2019ts in the application process. The material presented is expected to provide participants with useful knowledge and skills to face challenges in the professional world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This event serves as a valuable platform for students to deepen their understanding of the recruitment process and how to present themselves professionally through their resumes. As a result, it is hoped that participants will be better prepared to enter the workforce after completing their studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
