Monday (04\/03\/2024), Master of Law Study Program (Jakarta Branch) held a workshop on \u201cBackward Curriculum Design-Based RPKPS Preparation Workshop at the UGM Jakarta Campus Master of Law Study Program\u201d. This event was attended by lecturers teaching core courses and compulsory courses, aiming to improve lecturers' understanding regarding the preparation of RPKPS which contributes to the fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This workshop aimed to give insight on the importance of RPKPS forming according to the Backward Curriculum Design as the implementation of Outcome Based Education (OBE). Moreover, the participants were also given the information on the standard of RPKPS according to the SN Dikti and the higher education regulation such as UGM, along with the forming technique for CPL, CPMK, and learning activity standards, and assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event was opened by the Vice Dean for Academic, Student Affairs, and Cooperation, Ardianto Dwi Nugroho, S.H., Adv.LLM., LL.D. After that, the Head of the Master of Law Study Program, Dr. Ninik Darmini, S.H., M.Hum., delivered material related to changes in the curriculum of the Master of Law Study Program in 2023, especially in core and compulsory courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, the Director of Academic Studies and Innovation of UGM, Dr. Hatma Suryatmojo, S.Hut., M.Sc., explained about the preparation of the curriculum based on Backward Curriculum Design, starting from the formulation of learning outcomes to learning activities that focus on students. The technical presentation of the preparation of the RPKPS was delivered by the Head of the Quality Assurance & Academic Innovation Unit (JAMIA) of the Faculty of Law UGM, Dr. Mahaarum Kusuma Pratiwi, S.H., M.A., M.Phil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through this socialization, the lecturers are expected to understand the general provisions and technicalities of compiling RPKPS, as well as the implementation of standards that support the learning process. The event was closed with a question and answer session that further discussed the technicalities of compiling RPKPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
