ALSA Housewarming 2024 is a program under the Internal Affairs Division of ALSA LC UGM to welcome the freshmen. This event was aimed to introduce ALSA LC UGM comprehensively, including the vision, mission, values, organizational structure, and other interesting work programs. Aside from that, ALSA Housewarming 2024 also took a role as a place for the freshmen to join the community and contribute to ALSA LC UGM. ALSA Housewarming 2024 was consisted of 2 session, there were Pre-Event session on Thursday (1\/8\/24) and Main Event on Friday (16\/8\/24) that located in Faculty of Law UGM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pre-Event session was conducted in-person during Pionir Justicia. This session itself was a presentation by Marsa Albar as the Director of ALSA LC UGM 2023\/2024. Aside from that, there was also ALSA\u2019s booth that decorated with their work programs documentation, ALSA LC UGM\u2019s achievements, and the alma mater jacket from 12 ALSA Local Chapters from 12 different universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ALSA Housewarming 2024 also collaborated with the External Affairs Division in organizing the Alumni Talks program. Alumni Talks was a question and answer session with the Alumni from ALSA LC UGM that aimed to give portraits of their experiences in ALSA, especially in ALSA LC UGM to the freshmen. \nThe last session of ALSA Housewarming 2024 was the Main Event. This event was conducted in Room 5.3.1. Faculty of Law UGM. The Main Event was attended by 123 attendees, 18 guests from ALSA LC UB, Unud, Unpad, and Undip, and 57 members from ALSA LC UGM. This session was filled with the presentation regarding ALSA LC UGM and the question and answer session with Marsa Albar. Another part of the session entitled \u201cConversations Santai\u201d (Relax Conversation) were introduced as a new part of ALSA Housewarming 2024 that invited the representatives of each ALSA LC under ALSA Indonesia as a special guest. This new part of the session was aimed to provide more information regarding ALSA beyond the information that they have received from ALSA LC UGM. The session then continued with the tour booth to the divisions for introducing each divisions under ALSA LC UGM further, introducing OLMA as well, an ended with the a group photo session. Through ALSA Housewarming 2024, it was expected for the freshmen to gain more experience and valuable knowledge and to become the first step to become a new part of ALSA LC UGM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
