This podcast presents Dr. Ninik Darmini, S.H., M.Hum. as a Lecturer at the Department of Civil Law, Faculty of Law, UGM as a speaker.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This podcast addressed various issues that are often asked by the public in the lease agreement. The issues addressed are whether the lifetime period for lease agreements is allowed, the rights and obligations for the parties, whether the lessee are allowed to detain the lease object if the payment have not been made, whether the lease agreement should be in a form of authentic deed, and others.
