Delegasi tesebut berhasil meraih Juara II dalam cabang lomba Karya Tulis Ilmiah Hukum Tata Negara dan Hukum Administrasi Negara (LKTI\u00a0 HTN-HAN). UNNES Law Festival sendiri merupakan kompetisi yang diselenggarakan oleh Fakultas Hukum Universitas Negeri Semarang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pada tahun ini, kompetisi 4<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">th <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ULF 2023 membagi sub-tema LKTI ke dalam 3 bidang hukum. Pertama, hukum pidana dengan sub-tema \u201cKajian Yuridis Penegakan Hukum Tindak Pidana Bidang Ekonomi Di\u00a0 Indonesia\u201d. Kedua, hukum perdata-dagang dengan sub-tema \u201cKajian Yuridis Legalitas Hadirnya Bank Digital Dan Perlindungan\u00a0 Hukum Bagi Nasabahnya Di Indonesia\u201d. Ketiga, HTN-HAN dengan tema \u201cKajian Yuridis Perlindungan Dan Jaminan Bagi Pekerja Dalam Transformasi Hukum Ketenagakerjaan\u201d. LKTI sendiri diikuti oleh 27 delegasi dari Fakultas Hukum yang tersebar\u00a0 di seluruh Indonesia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The competition was divided into two rounds: a preliminary round and a final round. In the preliminary round, assessment was based on the scientific paper documents submitted by delegates. From these submissions, the 4-5 best documents were selected to advance to the final round. In the final round, delegates were required to present before the panel of judges for 10 minutes, followed by a Q&amp;A session. The judging methodology used to determine the competition's winners weighted 60% of the score from the paper assessment and 40% from the presentation assessment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In light of this achievement, the FH UGM delegate extends his gratitude to all those who provided assistance - both material and non-material - enabling the achievement of this optimal result.
