Kunjungan observasi dilakukan di taman penitipan anak (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">daycare<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">) bertajuk \u201cRagam Model Penitipan Anak bagi Pekerja dengan Tanggung Jawab Keluarga\u201d. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Pertemuan Keempat Stakeholder \u201cPenyusunan Peta Jalan dan Rencana Aksi Nasional Ekonomi Perawatan untuk Dunia Kerja Yang Lebih Setara Gender\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kegiatan ini sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan atau Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) nomor 4 yaitu Pendidikan Berkualitas dan nomor 5 yaitu Kesetaraan Gender.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh perwakilan dari\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">KPPPA), Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemdikbud), <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kemnaker), Kementerian Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional Republik Indonesia\/Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (Kementerian PPN\/Bappenas), Serikat Buruh, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Himpunan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Anak Usia Dini Indonesia (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">HIMPAUDI), <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">APINDO), dan berbagai <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">stakeholder<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> lain. Kegiatan ini berhasil mengidentifikasi 4 jenis <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">daycare<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> yang ada di Surabaya yaitu, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">daycare<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> berbasis komunitas, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">daycare <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">berbasis industri, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">daycare <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">berbasis swasta, hingga <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">daycare<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> yang didirikan universitas. Keempat <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">daycare<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> tersebut memiliki corak yang berbeda dari segi sumber pendanaan, fasilitas, keterjangkauan harga, aktivitas pengasuhan, hingga jumlah pendidik dan pengasuh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Berbagai pihak merekomendasikan agar pendanaan pendirian dan operasional <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">daycare <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dapat didukung oleh pemerintah, setidak-tidaknya dalam hal gedung dan upah pengasuh serta pendidik. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">daycare<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> mampu dijangkau oleh berbagai kalangan serta mampu memberikan upah dan hak-hak yang layak bagi pengasuh dan pendidik. Selain pemerintah, pertemuan ini juga mendorong perusahaan agar mengalokasikan CSR untuk pendirian dan operasional <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">daycare<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Begitupun dengan universitas sebagai institusi pendidikan, agar dapat mendirikan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">daycare <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dan mengalokasikan belanja pegawai sebagai kebutuhan primer <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">daycare<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> di universitas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Daycare<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> atau layanan pengasuhan anak merupakan salah satu dari 7 (tujuh) isu yang didorong oleh KPPPA bersama dengan ILO dalam kerangka ekonomi perawatan. Enam isu lainnya ialah <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">long term-care<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> atau layanan bagi lansia; layanan terhadap penyandang disabilitas; pengakuan dan perlindungan terhadap pekerja perawatan; perlindungan maternitas; cuti paternitas; dan jaminan sosial dalam ekonomi perawatan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adapun <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">output<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> dari kegiatan ini berupa <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">roadmap<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> atau peta jalan yang akan diintegrasikan dalam RPJPN 2025-2045 berikut dengan dokumen turunannya.
