The UGM Faculty of Law recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Badranaya Partnership on Friday, February 3. The signing, held in the Dean's Meeting Room, coincided with the celebration of Badranaya Partnership's first anniversary, marking its founding on February 2, 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through this MoU, Dean of the UGM Faculty of Law, Dahliana Hasan, S.H., M.Tax., Ph.D., expressed her hope for cooperation across all three pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.\n\"So, with this Cooperation Agreement in place between the two institutions, we hope that going forward, collaboration won't be limited to education and teaching - such as internships and the like. We also hope to see cooperation in research and community service. Research collaboration, for instance, could lead to joint publications. Beyond that, our hope is that every lecturer has a partner - whether internal or external.\"<\/p>\n

This hope was warmly welcomed by Bhirawa Jayasidayatra, S.H., LL.M., who likewise expressed hope that the partnership would help the UGM Faculty of Law in carrying out its mission as a higher education institution.\n\"We hope that, in returning to our wellspring -- the Faculty of Law -- we can serve and help improve the quality of the Faculty of Law's students.\"\nThis was Bhirawa's reflection.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The MoU signing was attended by Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Partnerships at FH UGM, Adrianto Dwi Nugroho, S.H., Adv.LL.M., LL.D.; Vice Dean for Finance, Assets, and Human Resources at FH UGM, Dr. Mailinda Eka Yuniza, S.H., LL.M.; and Andika Putra, S.H., LL.M.
