Thursday (18\/8), FH UGM received a benchmarking <\/em>visit from the Faculty of Sharia at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The visit was received by Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, and Information Systems, Dr. Heribertus Jaka Triyana, S.H., LL.M., M.A., in Room B.5.5 at FH UGM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event opened with remarks from Dr. Heribertus Jaka Triyana, who expressed gratitude and extended a warm welcome to the guests from UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang's Faculty of Sharia, thanking them for making the effort to visit FH UGM and welcoming them on behalf of the entire academic community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"We are very grateful that on this occasion, all of you have kindly kerso tindak rawuh<\/em> (kindly visited) the Faculty of Law at UGM. Therefore, on behalf of the entire academic community, we would like to extend a warm welcome to all of you.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Jaka Triyana also introduced the staff and lecturers present at the event: Head of Administration, Ir. Urip Sudiyono; Head of the Academic and Student Affairs Section, Damari Pranowo, S.H.; Head of the Financial and General Administration Section, Fransisca Irmawati, S.E., M.M.; and a representative from the Academic Quality Assurance and Innovation Unit (JAMIA), Umar Mubdi, S.H., M.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event continued with remarks of thanks from the Vice Dean for General Affairs, Planning and Finance at the Faculty of Sharia, Dr. Erfaniah Zuhriah, A.Ag., M.H., who expressed appreciation for the warm reception and introduced the Faculty of Sharia representatives taking part in the visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Erfaniah Zuhriah also explained the purpose and objective of this benchmarking<\/em> visit. \u201cWe intentionally came to UGM because there are many things we saw, especially in the Faculty of Law, that we must emulate and learn from. As a faculty that is only 23 years old, our faculty is just about to become mature, so there are many things we must learn, especially regarding excellent service.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FH UGM's administrative staff then presented an overview of the Faculty's operational workflows. The benchmarking<\/em> delegation from the Faculty of Sharia raised several questions about the work systems in place, particularly regarding part time<\/em>student staff. The event concluded with a tour of Building A at the Faculty of Law, allowing the benchmarking <\/em>delegation to observe the working environment firsthand and gather further information they needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
