In attendance were FH UGM's Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, and Information Systems, Dr. Heribertus Jaka Triyana, S.H., LL.M., M.A., along with several CICODS faculty members: Herliana, S.H., M.ComLaw., Ph.D. (Chair of CICODS), Prof. M. Hawin, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D., Irna Nurhayati, S.H., M.Hum., LL.M., Ph.D., and Dr. Veri Antoni, S.H., M.Hum. (CICODS board members).
