Antari Inaka Turingsih, S.H., M.H. as moderator.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">The seminar took an in-depth look at matters related to Ministerial Regulation ATR\/Ka.BPN No. 5\/2020, issued as an implementing regulation under Law No. 4\/1996. The presentations were organized around four main topics: the digitalization of mortgage rights and how it serves the underlying purpose of mortgage rights; a critical review of the Mortgage Rights Law alongside Ministerial Regulation No. 5\/2020; the implementation of electronic mortgage rights registration within the National Land Agency's (BPN) partner system, with particular attention to individual creditors versus corporate\/legal-entity creditors; and the practical challenges of implementing electronic mortgage rights services from the perspective of land deed officials (PPAT).
