The Department's e-mail address can be accessed through th<br \/>Alamat e-mail Departemen dapat diakses melalui laman\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/law.ugm.ac.id\/en\/\">https:\/\/law.ugm.ac.id\/<\/a>.<\/li><li>The Head of Department will appoint 1 (one) examiner lecturer and set the schedule for the proposal seminar.<\/li><li>The Department Staff will announces information regarding the proposal seminar schedule to the student through e-mail.<\/li><li>The Department Staff sends invitations to supervisors and examiners through e-mail with the student\u2019s proposal attached.<\/li><li>The Examiner Lecturer will evaluate the proposal through review of files.<\/li><li>The Examining Lecturer will send the result of the proposal assessment to the Head of the Department through e-mail by sending a carbon copy to the Advisory Lecturer and Students.<\/li><li>The Head of the Department will announce the results of the proposal seminar to students through  e-mail.<\/li><li>The Department Staff will ensure that the minutes of the document are completely filled out.<\/li><li>The Department Staff will send the attendance lists and minutes of proposal seminar documents to Academic Staff via google drive.<\/li><li>The Academic Staff will check the completeness of the proposal seminar file on google drive.<\/li><li>Every month the Department Staff will recapitulate the proposal seminar implementation and send a recap document signed by the Head of the Department. The recap document is submitted to the Academic Staff via google drive.<\/li><li>Every month the Academic Staff will report to the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs regarding the proposal seminars that have been carried out.<\/li><li>The Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs will give approval (signature) in the recapitulation document.
