Each student can log onto the Portal using Single Sign On (SSO) account. The amount of credits a student may take in each semester (excluding the first semester) depends on their Grade Point Average (<em>Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif<\/em>\/GPA\/IP) obtained in the previous semester only, as formulated below:<\/p><ul><li>GPA \u2265 3.00\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : maximum 24 credits;<\/li><li>GPA 2.50-2.99 : maximum 21 credits;<\/li><li>GPA 2.00-2.49 : maximum 18 credits;<\/li><li>GPA 1.50-1.99\u00a0 : maximum 15 credits; and<\/li><li>GPA \u2264 1.49\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : maximum 12 credits.<\/li><\/ul><p>Please note\u00a0for a student whose\u00a0University Registration Number (NIU) is ended with odd number (e.g. 1, 3, 5, 7, etc), s\/he shall choose\u00a0<strong>class A<\/strong>, and for a student whose NIU is ended with even number (e.g. 2, 4, 6, etc) s\/he shall choose\u00a0<strong>class B<\/strong>. In a certain circumstance that a student re-takes a course(s) in which the courses are scheduled at the same time, s\/he is allowed to take a course regardless of her or his NIU.<\/p><p>For students who are going to choose a concentration, please follow the procedure on the following page\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/law.ugm.ac.id\/en\/choosing-concentration-iup\/\">https:\/\/law.ugm.ac.id\/choosing-concentration-iup\/<\/a><\/p><p>If a student cannot take Cross-Department Elective Course during Study Plan (KRS) period because of prerequisite course issues, s\/he shall complete this\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/ZTB3pfVhswJU1ueC6\">application form<\/a><\/p><p>For the Criminal Court Practice course, class allocation will be decided by the academic office.<\/p><p>To see the course schedule offered in this semester, please see the following link\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ugm.id\/jadwalgenapIUP\">https:\/\/ugm.id\/jadwalgenapIUP<\/a><\/p><p>The schedule to fill out a Study Plan (KRS) for Even Semester A.Y. 2024\/2025 will be held on Monday \u2013 Tuesday, 3 \u2013 4 February 2025<br \/>KRS Darurat form is available on Wednesday, 5 February 2025<br \/>Schedule distribution for KRS by batch:<\/p><ul><li>Batch 2024 &amp; 2023 start at 9.00 WIB<\/li><li>Batch 2022 &amp; 2021 start at 10.00 WIB<\/li><li>Batch 2020, 2019, 2018 start at 11.00 WIB<\/li><\/ul><p>For the course registration (KRS) in the Even Semester A.Y. 2024\/2025, to help students organize their schedules and avoid time conflicts, the following recommendations are provided:<\/p><ol><li>Students must complete the EDOM and Mental Health Evaluation before performing KRS.<\/li><li>Students repeating courses should adjust their schedules according to the course allocation for the semester to avoid schedule clashes.<\/li><li>The maximum number of students per mandatory class is 40 students. The maximum number of students for elective courses is still flexible.<\/li><li>Classroom allocation may be adjusted according to the number of students after the KRS period.<\/li><li>The MBKM class listings for all courses are specifically for students taking MBKM this semester (for PRA KRS purposes and MBKM grade conversion).<\/li><li>Final-semester students who are only taking the Legal Research course are still REQUIRED to perform KRS. If not completed, their academic data will be incomplete in PDDIKTI, and they will not receive a graduation PIN for the commencement.<\/li><\/ol><p>The Academic Office is responsible for ensuring all students are assigned to classes through the online KRS or KRS Darurat after the KRS period (where students who have not received classes will only select the courses, while the class assignments will be adjusted by the academic office). The Academic Office is also responsible for ensuring the class size balance across all courses.<\/p><ul><li><strong>KRS Darurat<\/strong>\u00a0(for students who have not get the classes) can fill out the form\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ugm.id\/StudyPlanModificationForm\">here<\/a>, from February 4 (at 3:00 PM WIB) to February 5, 2025 (at 3:00 PM WIB).<\/li><li><strong>Course Drop<\/strong>\u00a0can be done until February 16, 2025.<\/li><\/ul><p>For exchange students (incoming) please fill in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ugm.id\/StudyPlanForm\">this form<\/a>\u00a0to do the KRS<\/p><p>If you have any difficulties in doing online study plan (KRS), please contact IUP Secretariat during office hours.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-82d7cf5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"82d7cf5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d243168 animated-slow elementor-invisible\" data-id=\"d243168\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\" data-settings=\"{&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInUp&quot;,&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a55fa46 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a55fa46\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Modification<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c44fda elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6c44fda\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Although it is not strongly recommended by the study program, it is still available to modify your study plan (KRS) during \u201cthe period for modification of the study plan\u201d by filling and submitting the Study Plan Modification Request Form\u00a0at the Academic Office under certain circumstances such as; 1) Academic system in Simaster is error. 2) you are assigned by University\/State in a remote area that cannot do the online KRS and\/or certain circumstances which is accepted by the study program. For your information that study program will be difficult to grant your study plan modification request if it is under your negligence towards academic rules applied in the faculty.<\/p><p>Please note that you shall check your online Study Plan at Academic system (simaster) frequently after you submit the modification form. If within a week you find that you are not registered in a class(es) you requested, please contact the academic office.<\/p><p>A student cannot modify the study plan (KRS) if it has been exceeded of what the-called \u201cthe period for modification of the study plan\u201d. It is maximum two weeks after the last day of the KRS period.<\/p><p>Hence, if later on the student has not been participating the chosen course(s), s\/he cannot request the annulment of the course(s); s\/he will be graded based on her\/his performance. The requirements for enrolling in an area of concentration are as follows:<\/p><ol><li>Completion of a minimum of 90 credits;<\/li><li>Availability of space for elective course(s) in the Study Plan for that semester.
