Students are expected to read the guidelines thoroughly to ensure a clear understanding of the procedures and requirements.

Registration Procedure<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      The list of available internship venues can be accessed here:

    2. \n

      Students are strongly encouraged to plan their internship choices in advance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      It is advisable to prepare 2\u20133 alternative options<\/strong> in case your first choice becomes unavailable, as the system follows a first-come, first-served<\/strong> basis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Submit your internship preference via the form at
      \ud83d\udc49       http:\/\/ugm.id\/daftarinternshipIUP<\/a>
      This form will be open from Monday, 2 June 2025 at 14:30 WIB<\/strong> and will close on Tuesday, 3 June 2025 at 11:00 WIB<\/strong>.
      Important:<\/strong> Since the selection system is based on first-come, first-served, delaying submission may result in your preferred internship venue no longer being available.

      PRO TIPS:
      <\/b><\/span>To speed up your form-filling process, prepare the following information in advance:
      <\/span>Email address; 
      <\/span>Full name; 
      <\/span>Student number; 
      <\/span>WhatsApp number; 
      <\/span>Internship type (1st or 2nd internship); 
      <\/span>Concentration area (already taken or intended to take)<\/span>

      Type and copy the text above, then save it to your clipboard so you can easily paste it into the GForm field.<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

      After submission, students will receive an email notification regarding their selected internship placement. Kindly check your email regularly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      As the final step of the selection process, students are required to complete the form at

      This form will be available on Tuesday, 3 June 2025 at 13:00 WIB<\/strong> and will close on Thursday, 5 June 2025 at 15:00 WIB<\/strong>.
      You must fill out this form in accordance with the internship venue selected in step 4<\/strong>. Submissions that do not match the earlier selection will not be approved<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Students who are applying for an independent internship<\/strong> and have already received approval from the study program are not required<\/strong> to complete step 4.
