Student that potentially will register for yudisium must follow the procedure and complete every document requirement.<\/span><\/p><p>Below is the process that need to be followed:<\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Download and print out the yudisium form on the website law.ugm.ac.id<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/PendaftaranYudisium\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Yudisium Registration Letter<\/span><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fill out the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/yudisiumMHBK\"><b>yudisium registration form (click here)<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The files (in PDF Form) that should be uploaded are:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/PendaftaranYudisium\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Yudisium Registration Letter (that has been signed);<\/span><\/a><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Thesis Examination Revision Approval sheet;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Provisional Transcript (student needs to make sure they have taken all the available courses and have been graded);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/PernyataanYudisium\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Grade Usage Statement sheet;<\/span><\/a><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Original scan or Legalized copy of the S1 Diploma;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Scan Asli atau Fotocopy Legalisir, Sertifikat Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris (TOEFL ITP\/AcEPT)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Original scan or legalized copy of Academic Competence Certificate (TPA\/PAPs)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tuition Fee Exemption application.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Academic and Student Affairs Section checks and validates the Yudisium file to be included in the yudisium list at SIA SIMASTER.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After finishing step 1\u20133, the student register for the yudisium through SIMASTER, adjusting with the current yudisium period.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The yudisium meeting is held in the last week of the month.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-86bc0c5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"86bc0c5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" id=\"wisuda\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4d81d3d\" data-id=\"4d81d3d\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75e612e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"75e612e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. The Procedure for Graduation Registration<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14e202a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"14e202a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The postgraduate Graduation period in Gadjah Mada University is held in January, April, July, and October. Students who will take part in the graduation must follow the procedure for the graduation registration and complete the documents no later than the date 20th of every month prior to the month of the graduation period. Should be noted that the procedure for graduation registration is different from the yudisium registration, thereby the student that has submitted the yudisium registration must submit the graduation registration as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The procedure as stated below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Have finished&nbsp;<\/span><b style=\"font-weight: 400\">the following yudisium <\/b>procedure.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Graduation online entry through&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/simaster.ugm.ac.id\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">SIMASTER<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. If there are upcoming problems or the submitted name hasn\u2019t appeared yet, please contact the academic staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The uploaded photos for the online entry should be colored passport photos (formal, male students should wear tie and suits, while the female students adjust), with \u00a0<\/span><b>white <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> background\u00a0(further details can be accessed through SIMASTER).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Make sure all the data that has been filled through SIMASTER is correct.
