The Procedure for Yudisium Registration<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f3037f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f3037f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Yudisium in the Master of Notary Study Program of Faculty of Law UGM is held every month. The Faculty issues a certificate that specifies the names of students who have qualified for the yudisium application of the study program.<\/p><p>Below is the process that need to be followed:<\/p><ol><li>Fill out an online form <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeZrnzEzb5SNxf5YNs6p7pE2iUgaytCv4mJ3vV6JHVKqdrZVg\/viewform\">here<\/a>, and the yudisium file that must be uploaded (in PDF form) is what is listed in the g-form;<\/li><li>The Academic Section checks and approves the yudisium file;<\/li><li>The student to update their phone number and non UGM email via SIMASTER on the <strong>setting<\/strong>, sub menu <strong>data account<\/strong>;<\/li><li>The student to meet the prerequisites of the yudisium menu at SIMASTER by completing free-to-borrow data, ETD, Gama co brand and exit survey;<\/li><li>The student to register for yudisium through SIMASTER in the menu <strong>Academic<\/strong> sub menu <strong>Yudisium<\/strong> as the yudisium period stated in the Faculty's Yudisium Certificate;<\/li><li>After yudisium registration at SIMASTER approved, the student may conduct online data entry;<\/li><li>Online data related to the thesis title, using the format Title Case: The first letter on each main word \/ major uses capital \/ capital letters . Minor words such as the article, the foreword, and the verb do not use capital letters unless they are located in the first word of the thesis title;<\/li><li>The name written for the diploma is a full name without a degree and according to the S1 degree by using the title case format: the first letter on each part of the name uses capital \/ capital letters. The Procedure for Graduation Registration<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14e202a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"14e202a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The graduation period of the Postgraduate program at Gadjah Mada University is held in January, April, July and October. Students are required to follow the graduation registration procedure and complete all files as stated in the announcement through the graduation page <a href=\"https:\/\/akademik.ugm.ac.id\/2017\/\">Directorate of Education and Teaching of UGM<\/a>\u00a0 It is necessary to note that the graduation registration procedure is different from the yudisium registration procedure, so that when students have done yudisium registration, the person concerned must register for graduation.<\/p><p>The procedure as stated below:<\/p><ol><li>After students do yudisium data entry at Simaster and have been verified both Faculty and DPP, the students then have to apply for Graduation via Simaster.<\/li><li>Before registering for graduation, please check and approve the data entry of the diploma by clicking on the\u00a0<strong>graduation certificate preview<\/strong><\/li><li>After the diploma preview is approved, please click on the\u00a0<strong>register for graduation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Graduation documents that need to be print and collect:<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>A black and white photo size 3\u00d74 amounted to four sheets with the provision of dark base color, doff paper, facing straight ahead, both earlobes should be visible for those who does not wear a veil and not wearing sunglasses.
