Student Organizations

Majestic'55 singkatan dari Mahasiswa Justitia Club, kelompok pecinta alam ini didirikan tanggal 05 Bulan Mei 1979 oleh beberapa aktivis Fakultas Hukum UGM, atara lain, Pardomuan, Ginseng, Haris Fajar, Budi Simbah, Haris Yunanto, Ary Supratno, Budi Telo, Bang Risman, Trihatmodjo, Atak, Widiatmono S (alm), Yualita, Happy H, Libraliana, dengan  kegiatan alam bebas, olahraga, seminar, serta pendidikan dan lainnya.

This student activities, which also called as BPPM is the sole student press organization within the Faculty of Law. At present, Mahkamah has two separate publications: the monthly “Mahmakah Buletin” and “Mahkamah Magazine” published annually. Both publications seek to highlight the issues around the Faculty and University and the wider scope of Indonesian society.

This organization aims to improve the quality of faith of muslim students, and in the same time bind the so called “ukhuwah” or brotherhood among muslim students. Over the course of its development, the KMFH has evolved into an inclusive dakwah institution that is open to all Muslims. The inclusivity and variety of the organisation means that the face of KMFH is a face of hospitality, openess, and fraternity..

This organization was established due to the idea to enhance cooperation among ASEAN countries that in further time would allow for the establishment of a permanent ASEAN law student forum. This idea was enacted upon by invited law students from all ASEAN countries during the ASEAN Law Students’ Conference, held on May 18th 1989 in Jakarta. This conference was the cornerstone of ALSA’s establishment. The parties to the declaration of ALSA were Indonesia, Malaysia, Philipina, Singapura, and Thailand

The PMK endeavours to bring its own style to serving God. Several activities are held annually such as  etreats, Christmas, Easter and Rebirth services. The Alliance’s general service and prayer meetings are held weekly, along with other internal activities such as the Growing Together Group and external activitiessuch discussion sessions among its member.

The KMK positions itself as a drop-in centre for its members and provides a range of spiritual services to Catholic students and academic staff of the Faculty of Law. In accordance with the overall agenda of the church, particularly as expressed by the Semarang archdiocese, the KPK serves to increase youth interest in serving God and the teachings of Christ. Young members of this institution are treated both as individuals and as important members of the church.

This art studio was established as a merger between the “APAKAH” theatre community and the Justicia  Music Community. This merger was born out of a desire to construct a coordinating institution in the form of an art studio that can accomodate interests and talents related to theatre, music, literature, art, and dancing.

Keluarga Mahasiswa Notariat merupakan organisasi mahasiswa Program Magister Kenotariatan, Fakultas Hukum, Universitas Gadjah Mada sebagai wadah kegiatan mahasiswa program Magister Kenotariatan untuk menuangkan aspirasi dan melaksanakan kegiatan bersama sebagai bentuk dari rasa kekeluargaan antar mahasiswa Magister Kenotariatan, Fakultas Hukum, Universitas Gadjah Mada pada khususnya dan civitas akademika Universitas Gadjah Mada pada umumnya

KMMH UGM adalah organisasi yang bersifat Independen, beranggotakan seluruh mahasiswa Magister Hukum UGM yang terdaftar dan masih aktif menempuh studi. KMMH UGM memiliki 4 (empat) departemen yaitu, Departemen Hubungan Internal, Depertemen Hubungan Eksternal, Departemen Penelitian dan Pengembangan Akademik serta Departemen Pelaksana Kegiatan.
