On Tuesday, 26 January 2010, a promovendus, Muhammad Muhdar, S.H., M.Hum., was defending his Doctoral Dissertation on Doctoral Program of Law faculty of UGM which took place in Multimedia Room II, Faculty of Law, UGM.  

The promovendus  was defending his dissertation entitled “The Regulating of Polluter Pays Principles in Giving Solution on Marine Pollutant from Oil and Gas Exploitation” (“Pengaturan Poluter Pays Principles dalam Penyelesaian Pencemaran Laut yang Bersumber dari Ekploitasi Minyak dan Gas Bumi”) in front of examiner team namely Prof. Dr. Soedjito, S.H., M.Si., Prof Dr. Marsudi Triatmodjo, S.H., LL.M., Dr. Eko Sugiharto, DEA., Prof. Dr. Siti Ismijati Jenie, S.H., C.N., Prof. Dr. Nurhasan Ismail, S.H., M.Si, Dr. Setiyono Tarto Miharjo, MBA., Dr. Sigit Riyanto, S.H., LL.M., Prof. M. Hawin, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D., Prof. Dr. Ir. Kamiso Handoyo Nitimulyo, M.Sc.

This occasion were attended by lecturers from Universities in Balikpapan and the invited guests.
