On Friday, November 13th 2009 in Room I Faculty of Law of UGM, Rildo Ananda Anwar, S.H., M.H. was having an opened thesis defense for obtaining his Doctoral degree with thesis title called “Eksistensi, Pemanfaatan dan Prospek Hak Pengelolaan (Studi terhadap Hak Pengelolaan (SPL) Nomor 1/Gelora atas nama Sekretariat Negara)”. “(Existence, Utilization and Prospect of Managerial Right (Case Study on Managerial Right (SPL) Number 1/vehemence for behalf of State Secretary))”
